Shipping and returns

Shipping

Originals and prints are packed and shipped by the artist, within the US for now. Prints ship for a flat $8 per order, shown at checkout before you pay. Originals are sold by inquiry, and I'll confirm shipping for your painting along with its price.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email electricthesisart@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order details and photos of both the item and its packaging. Please keep the packaging until your claim is settled, since the shipping carrier may need it. Once I've reviewed it, I'll send a replacement or a refund.

Returns

All other sales are final.
